Hi, I'm Ray. I created SandDeck® to be simple (not easy), accessible for those just starting their fitness journey, and scalable for elite tactical athletes.

  • Simple - all you need is SandDeck® and a sandbag (we recommend a pull-up bar as well but not required)!
  • Accessible - we include two assessment workouts to help you decide how much weight to use and the exercises are common exercises.
  • Scalable - simply add more weight, complete more rounds or finish faster to challenge even the fittest tactical athletes.

Every card has a workout. Each workout has a prescribed weight based on your fitness level: advanced, intermediate, beginner.

For the 10 of Diamonds, the advanced weight is 50 lbs for males and 30 lbs for females.
